Announcement of the “13146 Series” double-locking wire harness connector
On March 7, 2025, IRISO, Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Representative Director: Hitoshi Suzuki) announced the release of the “13146 Series” wire harness connector with double lock.
This product is equipped with Connector Position Assurance (CPA) which prevents incomplete connections (immature Mating) and provides a safe and stable connection.
In addition, it is compatible with the existing “13065 series” plugs, allowing for flexible use according to the application and needs of the equipment. It is especially designed for use in harsh environments, and demonstrates excellent performance in internal connections of power trains in construction and agricultural equipment, FA (factory automation) equipment, etc. Its high heat resistance and robust structure allow for safe use.
Major features
Feature 1: Compact and robust design
Heat resistance up to 125°C and through-hole type reinforcing metal fittings improve the strength of the PCB mounting, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh environments.
Feature 2: Achieves stable Mating
The double locking mechanism with CPA prevents incomplete Mating. In addition, there are three types of polarizing keys to prevent incorrect Mating, so you can choose according to your needs.
Feature 3: Compliant with international standards
It has cleared the evaluation items of the European and American standards “LV214” and “USCAR2,” and reliable operation is guaranteed even in vibration environments.
