We conduct a variety of tests to ensure the reliability and durability of our products under various environments such as temperature, humidity, impact, and corrosion. We would like to introduce typical environmental test equipment.

Humidity ＆ Vibration Chamber

It is a device that can perform a compound test that performs a vibration test under temperature and humidity cycle conditions, and it is also possible to check the suitability (contact reliability) of the connector mounted on the set product.

Thermal Shock Testing Chamber

It is a test that confirms the influence (electrical specification and externals) that the connector receives by repeating the temperature change.

Humidity Chamber

It is a test to confirm influence (an electrical characteristic, appearance characteristics) that a connector receives by repetition of the temperature / humidity.

Compact Ultra Low Temperature Chamber

It is a test to perform confirmation (an electrical characteristic, appearance
characteristics) of the influence that a connector receives under a Chilly
temperature condition more.

Oven Temperature Chamber

It is a test to perform confirmation (an electrical characteristic, appearance
characteristics) of the influence that a connector receives under a high
temperature condition more.

Thermostatic Chamber

It is a test to perform confirmation (an electrical characteristic, appearance
characteristics) of the influence that a connector receives under a high
temperature condition more.

Cyclic Corrosion Test Chamber

It is a test that confirms the influence (electrical specification and externals) due to corrosion in the test that judges the resistance to corrosion of the plating of the connector.

Gas Chamber

It is a test to confirm the causticity (electrical specification and externals)
by the examination that judges the influence that the connector receives
with the gas on an atmospheric inside.

Hast Chamber

It is an influence received with the solder of the connector by the vapor pressure of temperature/humidity acceleration examination.
