We will introduce testing equipment that is essential for checking the contact reliability of connectors, such as solder checkers and N2 reflow ovens.

Solder Checker

It is a test that quantitatively confirms soldering such as terminals and pins.

N2 Reflow Furnace

It is a reflow oven of the hot wind circulation type to solder SMT (surface mount technology) product, and a precise, steady temperature profile is obtained. Moreover, soldering by chokedamp (N ２ gas) atmosphere can be also possible, and it correspond enough to various and free lead demands.

Temperature rise test system

It is a test to confirm the influence (temperature rise in the point of contact part) that the connector receives by energizing the current by the thermo-couple method (C-C thermo-couple).
